· Credit card number and info will be taken at time of reservation to hold all bridal and group appointments.. |

· Two Week Cancellation policy—We require a 2 week cancellation to avoid charges to your credit card. Failure to do so will result in 50% of all scheduled services billed to your card. |

· Bride and bridal party hair prices subject to change depending on length, thickness and intricacy of style. |
|
· Groups and bridal parties should be understanding of time constraints and that due to other scheduled services need to stay on time and early arrivals are recommended. |

· Noise levels should be kept to a minimum. We know this is an exciting and fun time, but please respect our other gusts. |
