Spa Etiquette/Policy

 

We advise that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a leisurely introduction to the spa. Should you arrive late, in consideration for our next guest your treatment still must end as scheduled.  If you must cancel, change or move your individual appointment  please do so within 24 hours.  If you must cancel, change or move your Spa Packages or multiple bookings please do so within 48 hours of scheduled appointment.  For any spa package or multiple  booking we require a credit card number to hold the appointment time.  If guest fails to arrive for an appointment or is in breach of spa policy, 50% of services scheduled will be charged to the credit card.   

Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another client or used for alternate services and retail items.  Gratuities are not included with the purchase of a gift certificate.   We try to do what we can to honor expired gift certificates.  Any spa gift certificate more than 30 days expired will be subject to a $20 service fee.  Expired gift certificates are also subject to additional charges due to price increases.

Bliss Unisex Day Spa offers our guests a quiet and tranquil environment to relax, unwind and rejuvenate. We value and respect your time with us and ask all of our guests to do the same. To ensure tranquility within our environment, we ask that you speak softly and that all electronic equipment be placed on vibrate or turned off.
