Group Policies:
• Catering must be scheduled no later
than 2 weeks prior to event. Speak to your spa coordinator for further details.
• Credit card number and info will
be taken at time of reservation to hold all bridal and group appointments..
• Two Week Cancellation policy-We require
72 hour notice of cancellation or changes, to avoid charges to your credit card. Failure to do so will result in
50% of all scheduled services billed to your card.
• Bride and bridal party hair prices subject to change depending
on length, thickness and intricacy of style.
• Groups and bridal parties should be understanding of time constraints
and that due to other scheduled services need to stay on time and early arrivals are recommended (approx 30min prior to service
start time).
• Noise levels should be kept to a minimum. We know this is an exciting and fun time, but please respect
our other guests.
